Agreement

By using Anvaya: Your Family Story you agree to these Terms and Conditions together with our Privacy Policy.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for private family organization.

You own the information you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having permission to store photos and details about others.

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, harassment, or uploading malicious content.

On mobile, optional ads are provided by third parties; availability may change.

The app is provided “as is” without warranties. Family relationship display is for convenience, not legal proof.

We are not responsible for loss of local data due to device loss, corruption, user deletion, storage clearing, or uninstallation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

You may stop using the app anytime by deleting your tree or uninstalling.

We may update these terms. Material changes will require you to review and accept again in the app.

The current version is 1.3.0.
