License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app for private family organization.

Your content

You own the information you enter. You are responsible for its accuracy and for having permission to store photos and details about others.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app for unlawful purposes, harassment, or uploading malicious content.

Advertising

On mobile, optional ads are provided by third parties. Availability may change over time.

Disclaimer

The app is provided "as is" without warranties. Family relationship display is for convenience, not legal proof.

We are not responsible for loss of local data due to device loss, corruption, user deletion, storage clearing, or uninstallation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

Termination

You may stop using the app anytime by deleting your tree or uninstalling.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will require you to review and accept again in the app.
